Born Dallas, Texas on June 4, 1953.  Grew up in White Oak, TX.  Admitted to bar 1978, Texas. Also admitted to practice before U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit; and District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
