As a solo practitioner, continued my representation of injured persons and wrongful death beneficiaries in the same types of litigation while with O'Quinn, Kerensky, McAnnich and Laminack.  Also continued in working with employment law and expanded my practice to include the representation of executives on issues of severance and compensation as well as some representation of companies regarding human resource issues.  My practice grew to include some representation of small companies regarding employment contracts, general contract review and drafting, succession plans and partnership agreements.  

 

O'Quinn, Kerensky, McAnnich and Laminack  (1981-1996)

Specialized in representing personal injury and wrongful death clients in all types of actions including, auto/truck accidents, vehicle defect cases and rollover events, defective tires, defective vehicle brakes, crashworthiness and seatbelt litigation, construction accidents, railroad crossing cases, FELA railroad worker injuries, Jones Act seamen injury cases, Oil field accidents, medical and legal malpractice, childhood vaccine injuries, premises defect cases, failure to provide an adequate security premises cases.  Also developed an expertise in handling employment law cases including racial discrimination, gender discrimination and sexual harassment, workers= compensation discrimination and Family Leave Act discrimination.  Also participated in representing small companies against larger companies in contract disputes and anti-trust litigation.
